In our team we strive to provide an extensive skill mix and patient choice of clinician, when available. We also have staff who are able to speak Urdu, Bengali and Punjabi to help our patients for whom English is not their first language. We are also able to provide interpreter services via a phone link. All of our admin team are also trained in CPR are trained and able to be called assist the clinical staff with the most appropriate gender chaperone.

Practice Management

Sally Oldbury (f)

The Practice Manager is responsible for the administrative side of the Practice. If you have a complaint or a non medical problem, please ask to see her and she will be happy to help. Sally has been with the Practice since 2007 and has managed us through many changes and improvements over that time. She is also a Dementia Champion and Dignity Champion. Sally also has a place on the Practice Managers Reference Group supporting the strategic work of Greater Huddersfield CCG, as well as a Quality Improvement Trainer for My Health Huddersfield GP Federation.


Victoria (f)

Victoria has been with the practice since 2003 and handles our children immunisations and long term condition invitations. You will find her very helpful and efficient and she regularly goes the extra mile for our patients.

Lesley (f)

Apart from her reception duties, Lesley meticulously cares for the Cervical Smear service administration, our Diabetes register and the PPA and monthly claims. She has been with the practice since 2006.

Karen (f)

Karen has recently joined us from another local practice and is a welcome addition to our team. She is happy to help you make appointments or order your repeat prescriptions.

Ella (f)

Ella has completed her apprenticeship now and has stayed on with us. She has excellent communication skills and arranges our children's immunisation invites.

Mrs Hina Asghar (f)

Hina joined the reception team in August and is training as a receptionist. Please be patient with her as she learns where we keep things and the terminology we use in the NHS!

Hina can also speak some local languages which may help our patients whose first language is not English.
